I attend church here at SPUMC with my husband, Dusty, and two children, Hudson and EmmyJane. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading books, drinking coffee and checking out our beautiful state of NC. I am a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a B.A. in Childhood and Family Development. I have been working at LPLL for five years.

I became a part of this amazing team after my daughter’s first year here at the school in 2018. I’ve been a substitute teacher in all the classrooms and made a decision to stay with the one-year-olds. When my husband can get time off from the military, we love to camp, hang out with friends, and visit our favorite place, Walt Disney World.

My husband and I have been members of Southern Pines United Methodist Church since 2009 and we are very active in the church. I started here as a substitute teacher and have been the lead teacher for both the two-year-olds and three-year-olds.

This is my first full year at LPLL. I am a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in swallowing disorders and cognition. I attended Liberty University to pursue a degree in early childhood education.
